Orders and Terms of Sale
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. American Endurance Inc. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or correct an order when necessary, including in cases involving pricing errors, inventory errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or incorrect product information.
Prices and product availability may change without notice. The price shown at the time an order is accepted will generally apply to that order unless an obvious pricing or technical error occurred.
Customers are responsible for selecting products that are suitable for their particular machines, equipment, materials, and intended applications. Product dimensions, compatibility information, and specifications should be reviewed before ordering.
Promotional offers, gifts, discounts, or other incentives are subject to the terms stated with the applicable promotion. Promotional items have no cash value unless otherwise required by law. American Endurance Inc. may establish reasonable eligibility requirements, purchase thresholds, promotion periods, and quantity limitations.
Shipping Policy
American Endurance Inc. works to process and ship orders as promptly as reasonably possible. Any shipping or delivery time shown on the website is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date unless American Endurance Inc. expressly states otherwise in writing.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.
Product Warranty
American Endurance Inc. stands behind the products it sells subject to the specific warranty applicable to the product. Unless a different written warranty accompanies a product, warranty coverage is limited to defects in materials or workmanship that existed when the product was supplied.
Warranty coverage does not ordinarily include damage or failure caused by:

A warranty claim may require reasonable proof of purchase, photographs, product identification, or return of the product for inspection.
If a product is determined to have a covered defect, American Endurance Inc. may, as appropriate and permitted by law, repair the product, replace the product, provide a comparable product, or refund the applicable purchase price. No salesperson, website statement, advertisement, testimonial, or informal communication creates a warranty beyond an express written warranty issued by American Endurance Inc.
Any limitations of implied warranties will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Product Performance and Safety
Cutting tools and industrial blades can present serious hazards when improperly installed, operated, or maintained. Customers are responsible for following the equipment manufacturer's operating instructions, workplace safety requirements, applicable laws and regulations, and appropriate industry safety practices. Product descriptions, photographs, demonstrations, performance information, or application examples are provided for general informational purposes. Actual product life and performance can vary substantially depending on the machine, material, operator, feed rate, speed, tension, maintenance practices, operating environment, and other conditions. Unless expressly stated in a written warranty, American Endurance Inc. does not guarantee a specific number of cuts, operating hours, production output, productivity increase, cost savings, or blade life.

However, typographical errors, technical errors, photographic differences, or outdated information may occasionally occur.
